A converted warehouse in the Sparrow territory of the Down. Four bedroom, two bath, greenhouse "yard".
Includes hidden security system that will activate on intruders attempt to break in or appearing within the house (via teleportation or other means). Only those living in house can allow others to gain temporary 'visitor' status.
Adapted and renovated from Persephone's original housing.
