Phlegethon is an semi-closed location for the scientific and magical minded individuals of Duplicity to conduct a range of mid to large scale experiments.

Outfitted with a range of equipment for both science and magical testing, the location is reinforced with a range of magical seals to aid in control of the testing that goes on within.

LIERs can apply for permanent or temporary access to one or more of the workshops within the facility.
